The entire office at Miller Orthopedic has been FANTASTIC. Dr. Larose did 2 shoulder surgeries and Dr. Shu did my left hand carpal tunnel surgery. From the front desk to all the nursing staff, I’ve always felt comfortable and I knew if I had any questions I could always call them. -

They could care less I'm glad to hear they're closing because of Dr larose I walked around on a broken bone for almost 4 months it was so bad that I ended up having to fire him and get a different doctor who immediately scheduled me for surgery for internal fixation of the ankle and I had to have a bone graft because the bone had deteriorated that much I tried to get him to listen to me but he just kept telling me and my job that I was just pretty much faking it and it was in my head. He shouldn't even have a doctor's license he doesn't listen he thinks he knows it all has no empathy whatsoever and then had the balls to tell me I was rude. Goodbye good riddance -

8:00 appointment got to see the Dr. at 8:30 spent maybe 10 minutes with us. The Dr. did explain what was wrong with my knee but appeared in a hurry to get us out of the office. Got a shot and asked to come back in 3 months. The reception desk and the appointment desk were very personable and took good care of us. -

Went for my year follow up from my second knee replacement. Dr. Boese, my surgeon has retired so my appointment was with their new replacement for him, Dr. Satterly. Definitely not a personable doctor. I was not impressed. He spent a total of about 3 minutes with me. Didn’t even bother to introduce himself to me. He told me the follow up was basically just X-rays. Seemed like I was wasting his time and a bother. If I had still needed a knee replacement, I would’ve looked elsewhere for a surgeon. Not impressed with this one. Very thankful Dr. Boese was there when I needed him. The rest of the staff was wonderful. *Not sure why this review deleted my prior one with Dr. Boese. It was 5⭐️ with Dr. Boese. He replaced both of my knees. Was very knowledgeable, caring and competent. I had a wonderful experience with him through both knee replacements. So my first review was for him and was five stars. My review from today with their new doctor not so much. -
